Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.
- Align marketing and sales plans with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the ceramic industry.
- Analyze market data to inform product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content.
- Utilize various marketing channels (online and offline) to promote products and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and customer preferences.
- Provide input on product design, features, and enhancements based on market feedback.
- Enhance the brand’s position in the market through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing activities.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing and sales materials.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Use CRM data to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ensure activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Recruit, train, and mentor marketing and sales staff to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
