Responsibilities & Context:
Develop sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Plan and execute sales initiatives and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide support and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Assist in training new sales team members.
Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and deals with clients.
Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Work closely with other departments, such as production, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage marketing and sales budgets.
Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets.
Ensure all marketing and sales activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
