Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve or surpass annual sales targets for the assigned zone under the guidance of the Divisional Sales Manager.
∎ Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified sales personnel including Area Managers (AMs), Dealers, and Sub-Dealers.
∎ Build strong, cohesive, and performance-driven teams aligned with company values and objectives.
∎ Foster a motivating environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and growth.
∎ Lead and manage all team members across the zone to ensure individual and team performance goals are met.
∎ Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development opportunities to improve field performance and professional growth.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to evaluate field force effectiveness, ensure proper route coverage, assess competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
∎ Establish and maintain an efficient and reliable distribution network to ensure consistent product availability across the zone.
∎ Ensure the implementation of all sales administrative procedures.
∎ Meet with key customers and stakeholders to exchange insights, gather feedback, and assess product movement and market trends.
∎ Organize and deliver necessary training for Area Managers, Dealers and Subdealers to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
∎ Assist in the recruitment process and performance management of sales personnel, including setting objectives and evaluating progress.
∎ Analyze market potential and propose initiatives like symposiums, seminars, and other promotional events.
∎ Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
∎ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, product management) to ensure all sales-related requirements and strategies are aligned and executed effectively.
