Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all logistics support and commodities transaction from warehouse to food distribution point.
∎ Assist in Prepare logistics and commodity delivery plan based on food distribution plan for smoothly dispatch food to distribution point (DP).
∎ Maintain effective records for Distribution Point and warehouse, which gives the stock information on round basis.
∎ Assist in producing a report of the cost analysis which need to be shared with management.
∎ Assist in preparing Logistics and lifting plan of commodities.
∎ Supervise all Officer - Help Desk, Community Organizer so as to accomplish objectives linked with activities relating to distribution point of GFD and E-voucher.
∎ Arrange physical count of all commodities at Distribution Points and share reports.
∎ Act as a focal in meetings with Camp CIC, Site Management, and Operations Team at Branch level from Distribution Point of GFD and from E-voucher operation.
∎ Ensure effective distribution of food at distribution point along with ensuring smooth operation and distribution discipline.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
