Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA (preferably in SCM) from any Public University/ reputed Private University.
∎ Skills Required: Distribution, Distribution Budget and Cost Management, Inventory Manageemnt, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation (Carrying), Warehouse
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers, vendors & internal stakeholders regarding product supply, inventory and transportation.
∎ Supervise, coach and train warehouse/depot workforce.
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
∎ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
∎ Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
∎ Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
∎ Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
∎ Manage the overall transportation fleets and drivers for efficient & OTIF delivery.
∎ Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly distribution and logistics budget and maintain the budget variance report for the management.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Overall 6-8 years of experience in a Group of Companies managing the overall distribution activities.
∎ Good leadership & communication skills with command over English for extensive correspondence is required
∎ Computer literacy in excel, word & powerpoint including ERP management
∎ Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Distribution is a must.
