Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or any related discipline from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services, fintech, e-commerce, or FMCG sector.

  • Hands-on experience in running paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) is essential.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content tools, and campaign management dashboards.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Grade: Officer to Senior Principal Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and display networks.

  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

  • Monitor and analyze website and social media traffic, campaign performance, and engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote retail, SME, and digital banking products through digital channels.

  • Work with creative and design teams to develop visuals, videos, and copywriting aligned with the brand tone.

  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search rankings.

  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for campaign execution, media buying, and performance tracking.

  • Assist in digital reputation management and ensure timely response to customer feedback on online platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and regulatory requirements relevant to the banking sector.
