We are a small but mighty team passionate about empowering rural artisans and promoting eco-friendly, handcrafted products. We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join us on our journey.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead our digital marketing efforts. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting and executing strategy, analyzing performance, and helping us grow our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to build the marketing department from the ground up and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from scratch. This includes planning, executing, and optimizing all digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Content & Storytelling: Lead the creation of engaging content for our social media channels, blog, and website, with a focus on telling the unique stories of our artisans and the positive social impact of our work.
• Performance Analytics: Own the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the leadership team, using data to inform and optimize all marketing activities.
• Channel Management: Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and search (SEO/SEM).
• Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community, engaging with customers to build brand loyalty and a community around our mission.
• E-commerce Growth: Take a proactive role in driving online sales and conversion rates through targeted digital initiatives.
• Manage Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Server-Side Tracking, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Oversee website conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Conduct ROI analysis & reporting for all paid campaigns.
