Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full Digital Marketing Strategy
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
∎ Create engaging social content tailored to each channel to help acquire & retain customers;
∎ Respond/reply to the queries posted on the social platforms.
∎ Communicate with our own customer care to directly address or assist in resolving customer service issues that are reported online/social media.
∎ Manage & prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency.
∎ Knowledge About Wordpress and other platform websites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge of SMM (Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram), and, etc.
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in working with social media marketing, content creation, online brand marketing experience;
∎ Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent, strong and accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/ willingness to grasp how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forum;

Salary:
∎ Salary: 8K-12K(Based On Your Skill, We can Offer You More.)
