Responsibilities & Context:

• Nurture relationships with existing clients and communicate professionally and empathetically to ensure satisfaction.

• Actively engage in client hunting, lead generation, and client acquisition, including follow-ups and onboarding support.

• Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Google Shopping.

• Conduct market and competitor research to analyse trends, pricing, and consumer behaviour.

• Support and execute digital marketing tasks, including managing Facebook and other social media pages.

• Run and monitor Facebook boosts and social media advertisements.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content using tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and cohesive campaigns.

• Prepare reports on client feedback, campaign performance, marketplace results, and market insights.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Bring creative ideas to improve client experience, brand visibility, and online engagement.

• Handle sensitive information responsibly and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
