∎ Facebook page management / moderation
∎ Facebook Group management / moderation
∎ Whatsapp SMS management / moderation
∎ Website Stock Maintanence
∎ Website Header and Banner Update
∎ Plugin update and if required new plugin install after getting permission from authority.
∎ Variation product update
∎ Create draft post in woocommerce
∎ Assist customer if they have any query on products or service.
∎ Maintain good communication with customers
∎ Check and publish customer review on products
∎ Monitor and track 3rd party courier entry
∎ Email Marketing campaign setup and monitor
∎ Assist customer for bKash and card payment over the phone.
∎ People with extensive knowledge on Woocommerce and wordpress
∎ People with proper knowledge on inventory management software
∎ People with good communication skill
