Responsibilities & Context:
- Facebook page management / moderation
- Facebook Group management / moderation
- Whatsapp SMS management / moderation
- Website Stock Maintenance
- Variation product update
- Create draft post/product in woocommerce
- Assist customer if they have any query on products or service.
- Maintain good communication with customers
- Check and publish customer review on products
- Monitor and track 3rd party courier entry
- Assist customer in bKash and card payment over the phone.
