Facebook page management / moderation
Facebook Group management / moderation
Whatsapp SMS management / moderation
Website Stock Maintenance
Variation product update
Create draft post/product in woocommerce
Assist customer if they have any query on products or service.
Maintain good communication with customers
Check and publish customer review on products
Monitor and track 3rd party courier entry
Assist customer in bKash and card payment over the phone.
