Additional Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Canva/Photoshop (basic).

  • Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

Location: 2nd Floor, Flat B-1, 152/2, Pathapant, Dhaka – 1205, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Marketing:

  • Develop and execute online product promotion strategies to increase visibility and sales.

  • Plan and implement conversion rate optimization and growth campaigns.

  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals for better reach and conversion.

  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing calendars.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform On-page and Off-page SEO.

  • Conduct keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements.

  • Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Analytics.

  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic growth.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Engage with followers, manage messages, and build online communities.

  • Collaborate with influencers and execute brand partnership campaigns.

Google Ads Campaigns:

  • Plan and manage Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ad campaigns.

  • Conduct keyword planning, bidding optimization, and A/B testing.

  • Set up conversion tracking and analyze ROI for ongoing optimization.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools for campaign performance analysis.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.

Email & Retargeting Marketing:

  • Develop and manage newsletter, promotional, and retargeting campaigns.

  • Set up automated email flows and audience segmentation.

  • Implement abandoned cart recovery strategies.
