Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce experience preferred).
Strong understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Canva/Photoshop (basic).
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Marketing:
Develop and execute online product promotion strategies to increase visibility and sales.
Plan and implement conversion rate optimization and growth campaigns.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals for better reach and conversion.
Create and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing calendars.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Perform On-page and Off-page SEO.
Conduct keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements.
Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Analytics.
Improve website ranking and organic traffic growth.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Engage with followers, manage messages, and build online communities.
Collaborate with influencers and execute brand partnership campaigns.
Google Ads Campaigns:
Plan and manage Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ad campaigns.
Conduct keyword planning, bidding optimization, and A/B testing.
Set up conversion tracking and analyze ROI for ongoing optimization.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools for campaign performance analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
Email & Retargeting Marketing:
Develop and manage newsletter, promotional, and retargeting campaigns.
Set up automated email flows and audience segmentation.
Implement abandoned cart recovery strategies.
