Minimum 2–3 years in retail or showroom management.
Practical experience with Inventory Management, POS Software, and Tally ERP9/Tally Prime is a must.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Must be willing to work shifts and during peak shopping hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Henney Bear London BD is looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our outlet at Bashundhara City Shopping Mall.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, sales, and customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales/stock reports.
Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and motivate the team.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure visual merchandising and timely product replenishment.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of service.
