Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (retail or brand experience preferred).
• Experience in corporate sales or franchise development will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Age: 25–35 years (flexible).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and support showroom operations
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Henney Bear London BD is a fast-growing retail and brand-focused company. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales growth and strengthen our marketing activities.

Location: Dhaka (Field-based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and corporate clients.
• Identify, approach, and develop new franchise opportunities for the company..
• Communicate and negotiate with potential franchise partners..
• Generate corporate and franchise leads and convert them into business..
• Execute brand promotion and marketing activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and franchise acquisition targets.
• Achieve assigned sales and franchise acquisition targets.
