• Practical experience in inventory management is mandatory

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or electronics showroom preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Computer literacy (MS Office, POS software, Tally Prime)

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, manage the sales team, and ensure outstanding customer service at our New Market branch. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in inventory management to keep stock levels accurate and ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

• Maintain excellent customer relationships

• Perform inventory management including stock tracking, ordering, and reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & inventory reports

• Maintain cleanliness and product display standards of the showroom

• Coordinate with the head office for smooth operations
