Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with diverse teams, including content creators, designers, and SMEs, to align digital marketing efforts
∎ Must have the excellent knowledge on GHL(Go High Level)
∎ Create and run full-scale email marketing campaigns in HighLevel or similar tools aligned with brand guidelines
∎ Track and analyze email campaign metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions to improve engagement
∎ Ensure compliance of email marketing with the CAN-SPAM Act, privacy laws, and data protection regulations
∎ Create automated journeys for varied audiences, active and inactive prospects with relevant communication
∎ Skilled in creating and optimizing sales funnels for efficient lead conversion and acquisition, and presenting data
∎ Proven experience with A/B testing email marketing platforms, crafting and executing high-converting campaigns
∎ Adept in leveraging social media platforms for advertisements, brand engagement, and growth strategies
∎ Ability to interpret & analyze marketing analytics, leveraging UTM parameters to enhance campaign performance
∎ Expertise in SEO with keyword research and on-page optimization, with SEO-optimized, compelling content
∎ Strong knowledge of CRM systems, automating workflows, and enhancing customer engagement
∎ Proficiency in ethically utilizing Facebook Pixel or similar for tracking, optimizing ads, and audience targeting
∎ Build and lead a dynamic Digital Marketing team, including hiring and mentoring junior/entry-level members
∎ Provide off-hours, extended, and weekend support as needed for queue and project progress, and emergencies
∎ Stay current with the latest trends, apply new processes, knowledge, and tools to drive digital marketing excellence
∎
