Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular performances.
∎ Assist in pricing, budgeting and creating profit and loss statements.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
∎ Maximizing profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
∎ Monitor individual performance of salespeople, provide guidelines to overcome the short-fall and motivate for development.
∎ Collect adequate market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
∎ Collecting and sharing Market Intelligence Report to the Management.
∎ To prepare Sales & Marketing plan for all over the country and ensure its proper implementation aligning with present & future business needs.
∎ Improve the quality of sales & service analyzing the data on customers' feedback.
∎ Ensure proper planning and implementing promotional activities. Assess the market potential of both existing and upcoming products (if any).
∎ To prepare Annual Budget, formulate Policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving the desired sales target.
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
∎ To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dynamic & Target Oriented.
∎ Planning & organizing skills.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
