Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for individuals that have the ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding, independently working and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization's operations and to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes to the following department.
∎ Maintain proper compliance as per the Bangladesh VAT Act.
∎ To prepare and submit the monthly VAT return to the tax authority.
∎ Prepare a 6.3 VAT challan for delivery of the different products and maintain the register.
∎ Ensure all entries of VAT challans into the 6.1 Consumption Register Book.
∎ Scanned the VAT Challan and sent it to the Accounts department at Head Office for further processing.
∎ Maintain daily sales reports using an Excel sheet.
∎ Daily Production Entry in Tally Software.
∎ Update daily production Opening and closing VAT reports using the Excel sheet Update the current VAT account in an Excel sheet and cross-check with Tally Software.
∎ Preparation of Mushak 4.3 input-output coefficient with related costs from bill of entry and local purchase
∎ Maintain VDS Mushak 6.6 for the different products and maintain the register on a monthly basis.
∎ Issue monthly debit and credit notes, maintaining Mushak 6.7 and 6.8. Prepare the monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1) and submit it online.
∎ Prepare documents for VAT and tax-related issues for the government office.
∎ Prepare an Audit report and submit it to the customs office.
∎ Maintain daily and monthly delivery status from the factory onwards via email and hard copy.
∎ Participate actively in all factory operations and functions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
