Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing in planning & execution of day-to-day operations.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure the actual stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Sound knowledge of store auditing.
∎ Able to work under pressure & a long time and complete the task within a pre-set time frame.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about compliance and maintain all records as per the requirements of compliance.
∎ Coordinate each and every aspect of the store department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ The applicant must be honest, sincere, hardworking & respectful of the work.
