∎ Correct method and good training.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for RMG production of knit garments, particularly specialize in Cutting, Sewing and Finishing.
∎ Must have sound Knowledge about garments breakdown, costing & modern lay out system.
∎ Develop the sewing & finishing standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up ensure and production from fabric/accessories, sewing to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Will be responsible for several quality matters form cutting to shipment of goods.
∎ Ensure quality product and quality level as per buyer’s standard.
∎ Makes sure of production environment as per compliance CoC.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management along with employee welfare.
∎ Maintain fair judgment in perspective of employee disciplinary and grievance handling.
∎ Coordination with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning, IE and give them proper support in all sewing related matter.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
