Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the Company.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparel production of the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth Garments manufacturing.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing to get the best possible output along with giving proper direction on the floor.
∎ Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
∎ Lead all production staffs from the front and having a good command of them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Always have to communicate with the merchandising and planning team and solve every production issue related to merchandising and planning.
∎ Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
∎ Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality department.
∎ Experienced to work with the latest compliance system.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
∎ Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs.
