∎ Textile background is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory., Buyer Handling, Denim, Marketing, Merchandising
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Experience for large volume of Denim (Bottom) buyers.
∎ Having current brand buyers in hand also for Denims (Bottom).
∎ Having Experience in Factory Merchandising also more than 10 years.
∎ Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Manages relationship with key customers.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
∎ Drives the formulation of sales and marketing strategy of the Group
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant
∎ Focuses direct marketing initiatives on key international clients leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Follows up with customers on a regular basis to ensure timely collection of dues to ensures adherence to the collection target plan and timelines in the process
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Promotes the Group as a brand name of repute among prospective customers through extensive and targeted brand building exercise
∎ Creates appropriate customer service orientation in all employees of the Marketing & Exports function
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ To communicate & coordinate with new and existing buyers on what items to purchase (Styles, brands, colors, sizes)
∎ Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
∎ Work closely with production team to ensure the customer requirements are properly interpreted and executed
∎ Prepare and follow up of Time & Action plan (TNA) to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials to the production.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time & Action Plan (TNA) on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with proper quality and quantity.
∎ Vast knowledge in costing & pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory including Shipment execution also.
∎ Ensure smooth merchandising operations
∎ Above all ensure smooth & timely execution of the order.
∎ Communicate with buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top Management also

∎ • Applicant have very sound technical knowledge of merchandising in oven garments.
∎ • Must have a high sense of Integrity and Hardworking.
∎ • Candidate have a high sense of perfection and pro-active capability to resolve issues on a timely manner.
