Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters /B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering & Technology
∎ Having Diploma /any other academic certification from any Regional/ International Institute will be an added advantage.

∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure optimum use of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Implement new methods for the increase in productivity (Renovation/Innovation)
∎ Team coordination between officers & senior management.
∎ Inform & Discuss line layout plan with a floor in-charge & technical team.
∎ Providing accurate timing SMV- for Costing.
∎ Ensure that accurate/Firm production planning is done to maintain on time shipment.
∎ Style simplification and method improvement - after order confirmation he needs to re- analyzed the evaluated garment for better and economical methods to reduce the labour cost per garment to stay in safe margin.
∎ Motion Study- Research of every part of body movement of operator while executing any particular operation so that useless activity may be removed and better efficient time of any operation.
∎ Monitor daily efficiency for all departments.
∎ Monitor hour target/ Production achievement.
∎ Ensure daily & Monthly target achievement.
∎ Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis.
∎ Ensure all garments shipped are having excellent quality, must pass the final inspection on first assessment.
∎ Implement & ensure proper quality checking procedure throughout the manufacturing process.
∎ Monitors and ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws.
∎ Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies.
∎ Supervises the Transportation Modeling Division of Planning Department.
∎ Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Must have 12 years of experience (at least 5 years' experience to work as a Head of IE/DGM/GM).
∎ Must have experiences in working with reputed Woven Garments (Shirt/ Bottom).
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Good efficiency in computer operation.
Salary: Negotiable
