∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Masters of Accounting/Finance or any discipline is also preferable
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Commercial export import
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Export/ Import through L/C, Good communication skills, Import and Export of Bonded warehouse, leadership and negotiation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ L/C & S/C Trams & condition checking
∎ Preparation of Export & Import related documents/ On line Booking & confirmation follow-up
∎ Export Ex-factory & Handover follow-up
∎ Bill of Lading/AWB/LR checking/Confirmation & release follow-up
∎ Docs finalized as per L/C/Contract/ Buyer requirement, Bank submission, Negotiation/Purchase/Docs upload Buyer & Pre financing authority portal
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages of export bills as well as payment follow up & realized the Bills
∎ Automation UD purpose Documents/papers & consumption for issuance of UD (utilization declaration)
∎ Issuance of a new Bond license, Customs Audit, Allocation & renew.
∎ Preparation of all types of local/foreign BTB and cash L/Cs
∎ Delivery from Port as per factory urgency
∎ VAT return submission regularly & in-time
∎ Updating/ Renewal work of all types of licenses
∎ Export and Import Follow up
∎ Handling Transport, Forwarder, C & F and Courier strongly
∎ Coordinate with Bangladesh Investment Development Authority/ Department of textile related jobs
∎ Need to do all kind of Customs clearing related job
∎ Export / Import related all kind of register/Pass Book entry update & sign
∎ Cash incentives claim preparation, Submission, Audit, Certification follow up
∎ Negotiation with suppliers for commercial issues like L/C clause, VAT, Payment, acceptance, Payment etc.
∎ Monitoring Spare parts, Machinery, Undertaken/indemnity in time under SRO facility
∎ Liaison with Bangladesh Bank regarding FC Loans, EDF loan extension, Cash incentive fund collection
∎ Monitor, arrange and process term loan payment according to schedule
∎ Monitoring everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of BTB L/C, Cash L/C and term loan
∎ Monitoring insurance Cover note, policy and insurance claim
∎ Ability to develop & implement commercial strategies, to achieved company goals & objectives
∎ Lead & fully supervise commercial team who looks after import & export business functions
∎ Should have clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs UPDC-600, HS code & Inco terms -2020
∎ Accept extra duties as situation demands and work efficiently and calmly
∎ Must have vast knowledge on procurement of all types of Garments/Textile related materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no. 600
∎ Experiences in working with Woven Garments/Textile/Washing (Fabrics Dyeing, Solid Dyed, Digital print & Yarn Dying) will be treated as an added advantage. Awareness of all type of circular from NBR for Custom Bond.
