Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant field from a reputed university. Master's degree will get preference.
∎ Qualification Professional Certifications in RHCE/CCNA/DBA/CEH will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and extend our Infrastructure Resources on development, staging, UAT and production environments
∎ Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Engineers to define technical solutions and improve overall services
∎ Research, prepare, and deploy network configuration changes manually and/or using scripts to support projects, promoting network cleanliness and standards adherence
∎ Provide support and enhancements for existing applications and procedures
∎ Write documentation and provide knowledge transfer of best practices to users and teams
∎ Implement integrations requested by customers and Provide Level 2 technical support
∎ Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience, perform root cause analysis for production errors and Investigate and resolve technical issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3+ years
∎ Must have experience of deployment in Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
∎ Experience on web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, etc.
∎ Knowledge of micro-service architecture, RabbitMQ, Kafka
∎ Must have experience on installation and working with various sql and no-sql scripts and administration (Oracle, MySQL, PostGres, Mongo)
∎ Knowledge of Git, specifically experience with Gitlab is an advantage
∎ Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, Jenkins)
∎ Skills on various system monitoring and alerting tools
∎ Experience on Linux and network knowledge down to the protocol level, handling of the command line and must have good experience regarding Hypervisor, VM, VPC, VPN, Routing Policies
