Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university. Candidate having Master's degree will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & maintain Quality Assurance Plan for the assigned projects, follow the QA process and guidelines provided by the organization
∎ Create and execution of test plan, manual and automated SQA tools for desktop, web and mobile application, project management tools, test report preparation, handling customer UAT and OAT.
∎ Create better documentation format for testing progress/ result management
∎ Document, track and communicate test plans, test results, analysis and unresolved problems.
∎ Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, identify existing or potential issues and improve the existing SQA process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 3+ years of SQA experience in large application testing
∎ Very good understanding of manual and automated testing process
∎ Experience with testing in an agile development environment
∎ Design, develop and maintain Test Scripts & bug reporting
∎ Very good understanding of the SDLC.
∎ Develop and maintain Test and Software Technical Documentation.
∎ Sound knowledge on integration testing, load testing, security testing and performance testing tools.
∎ Hands-on experience with any automated testing tool is a strong plus.
∎ Identify, analyze and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions and outputs.
∎ Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) process and project management tools like JIRA and OpenProject.
∎ Solid understanding of using versioning tools, e.g. Git.
