Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting and welcoming visitors and guiding them appropriately.
∎ Receiving, screening, answering, and forwarding phone calls.
∎ Monitoring front desk operations.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring fingerprint daily data.
∎ Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of the office.
∎ Providing general administrative and clerical support.
∎ Arranging, sorting, and distributing couriers, posts, and emails.
∎ Maintaining and safeguarding compliance with telecommunication and electronic mail systems at the front desk.
∎ Assisting in meeting arrangements and organizing catering.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the cleanliness of the office by complying with office rules.
∎ Performing any other jobs as assigned.
