∎ Professional Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other Design Related Software.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Analytics, insights, SEO and PPC.
∎ S/he should demonstrate a proven track record in Content Management Systems, Web Design tools, Digital Marketing, Branding and Digital analytics tools, along with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of online marketing content.
∎ Proven ability to manage Business Ad Manager effectively.
∎ Develop content strategies and prepare budget plans for specific projects.
∎ Manage customer interactions, assess their requirements, and enhance communication strategies.
∎ Identify and target specific audiences while refining audience segmentation and outreach approaches.
∎ Create Digital Content for Facebook, YouTube and other social media platform.
∎ Assist in crafting effective social media marketing strategies, including campaign objectives, audience insights, and customer demographics.
∎ Strong expertise in Online Ads, Analytics, Insights, Creator Studio, and Traffic Platforms.
∎ Work closely with the internal creative team to develop compelling marketing materials that drive conversions and customer retention.
∎ Deploy marketing campaigns across websites, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, and third-party providers.
∎ Measure campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis and generate insightful reports.
∎ Stay updated with the latest web technologies and digital marketing trends.
∎ Prepare and submit daily work reports on a regular basis.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to the target group. The candidate will be involved in implementing digital marketing & sales plans, maintaining customer relations, and creative planning and execution of all the Social Media ad campaigns, including good Digital Marketing Knowledge, SEM, and SEO. Strong ability to compile reports for management showing results and ROI will be an added advantage. (ROI - Return on Investment). The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
