Responsibilities & Context:
1. Responsible for Sales of different types of Plastic/polymer industry’s Machineries.
2. Lead the team from the front, Identify, qualify, develop new business opportunities, penetrate new and existing market/customers and understanding market trends to capitalize on growth potential and gain a competitive advantage.
3. Plan, Develop and implement sales and marketing activities Daily, weekly and monthly basis and making strategies to achieve sales target with ensuring Sales Forecasting & Annual business plan of the division within the assigned area/territory.
4. Provide product recommendations and solutions to existing and new customers.
5. Meet with client on a regular basis to brief on products technical overview & Service issues.
6. Monitor, Report making and analyze sales performance metrics, including daily sales activity, sales pipeline, customer conversion/visiting rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
7. Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer needs, problems regarding old and new projects on time.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and build new relationships with potential key customers.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
10. Sales and Support calls, Presentations, and communication of issues between corporate, retail network and individual customer’s need.
11. Understand digital marketing. Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product.
