Responsibilities & Context:
1. Set up , install, commission, Start up, maintain, troubleshoot and repair of Plastic/polymer industries machineries like Injection moulding Machine, Injection Blow moulding machine Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine, PET Blow Machines and lines , all types of Extruders (PVC,HDPE, Flexible/Garden, Braided and corrugated hose pipe, Channel/profile, film, Door, Sheet, panel, PP/PE woven thread, Fabricated thread etc. extruder), Circular and needle Loom , PP/PE Lamination, Printing Machine (Flexo Printing, Foil, IML, DOP, PAD, Screen printing etc ) take out robot, calendaring machine, Air compressor, Air and water cooled Chiller, Boiler HVAC system, overhead crane, Tool Room Machineries Like CNC Lathe, Milling, EDM, Shaper, Laser cut and Laser Welding machine and other machines.
2. Provide Complete startup checklist and production readiness acknowledgement certificate/ Commissioning certificate with help of Senior Service Engineers.
3. Develop and maintain excelent customer relations; co-ordinate and liaise with internal resources to ensure effective customer service.
4. provide telephone support to customer maintenance staff; and submission of effective written reports to the Team Leader on a regular basis.
5. Understand the Warranty policy and deal with the customer accordingly.
6. After providing the service Follow up the case with care, and record accordingly.
7. Complete service reports documenting hours, observations, data, and recommendations for each service intervention. Prepare daily service report and submit to the customer and management.
8. complete troubleshooting for customer support by physical visit at customer place or over phone which is required.
9. Flexibility for travel by using public transport.
10. Maintain positive relations with the sales team and customers.
