Decor Energy Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Manager – Business Growth (Renewable Energy) to drive expansion in our solar and clean energy business.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine business development strength with technical understanding, including the ability to work with AutoCAD drawings for solar and energy projects.

1. Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities in the solar & renewable energy sector

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required

4. Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and B2B communications

5. Review, understand, and support solar system layouts and drawings using AutoCAD

6. Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and marketing teams

7. Achieve assigned sales and growth targets

8. Lead negotiations and successfully close deals

9. Actively support clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships

10. Strong knowledge of Solar Energy Systems, Lithium Batteries, UPS, and related products

11. Sound knowledge of AutoCAD (especially for solar system layouts and drawings)

12. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

13. Proven experience in Business Development / Sales

14. Strong lead generation and client management capability

15. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure

16. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
