Additional Requirements:
Autodesk Revit (for building design, structural design, and MEP integration)
Tekla Structures (for steel detailing and fabrication)
Autodesk Advance Steel (for structural steel modeling and fabrication)
Graphisoft ArchiCAD (for architectural design and visualization)
BIM 360 (for cloud-based project management and collaboration)
Strategic alignment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare detailed structural drawings and models using industry-standard software (e.g., Tekla Model and Detail Drawing, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS).
Perform structural analysis and design of building components.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of structural designs.
Prepare and submit BOQ and reports.
Clear conception of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Ability to prepare cost-effective BoQ independently as per the site/project requirement.
Frequent Site visit is required.
