∎ At least 08 years of experience in All over Printing (AOP) Knit.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Knit Dyeing (AOP), Textile, Garments Group of Companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing-Printing (AOP), Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain floor and ensure all PPE and Buyer Audit.
∎ Set Print design, production target and follow up to achieve.
∎ Monitor daily production of Print and make daily production status and follow up order progress.
∎ Work to implement Print and planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Coordinate with production team to have all kinds of approval for print production as per T&A.
∎ Make strong follow up with Knitting, Dyeing, finishing to send panel to Design development.
∎ Make capacity plan and feasibility study for upcoming orders and if needed make plan for getting outsource to meet on time shipment.
∎ Attend Pre-Production meeting and in risk analysis meeting (if needed) and sort out any.
∎ Collect monthly printing & Design plan from the planer.
∎ Collect print approval, set off, print technique, Pre-Production file and all documents from sample.
∎ Arrange style wise meeting for reviewing and risk analysis.
∎ Based on print technique allocate the facilities.
∎ Ensure on time size set and analysis for process improvements and implement strategy to enhance productivity.
∎ Monitoring daily production balancing.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sample, Production, Maintainer for any required issue.
∎ Difficulties for printing and embroidery production which might impact on time shipment.
∎ Arrange bulk production approval from concern quality department.
∎ Ensure available goods as per plan for print table and machine feeding.
∎ Make priority-based production schedule on swing demand and shipment date.
∎ Attend the Pre-Production P and risk analysis meeting.
∎ Follow-up plan vs actual received goods status time to time.
∎ Monitoring daily goods received and delivery status.
∎ Any others related tasks assign by management.
