• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

5 Years experience in Denim Design. Ability to make any kind of garments design.

• Conduct seasonal trend research focusing on silhouettes, fabric developments, and wash trends.

• Analyze global fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable denim concepts.

• Work closely with the washing unit to develop and refine wash recipes as per design intent.

• Prepare detailed tech packs including trim details, stitch lines, fit specifications, measurement charts, and construction guidelines.

• Develop and present seasonal concepts, mood boards, and denim stories to buyers.

• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Sewing/Production, and Washing teams to ensure smooth product development.

• Ensure design feasibility, production practicality, and buyer compliance.

• Maintain and update the design library, including wash standards, fabric swatches, sample records, and CAD archives.

• Support sample development, fittings, and necessary corrections before final approval.

• Ensure all designs comply with buyer requirements and quality standards.
