Experience:

• Hands on industry experience in CLO 3D

• Advance communication level to communicate regularly with the UK Design team and overseas customers

• Sound knowledge of fabrics, print, and embellishment techniques

• Up-to-date with current trends and business changes

• A keen eye on newness

• Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision

• Expert-level user of graphic software/s (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO)

• Candidate must have good knowledge about fabrication and its character for styling and technical knowledge of production feasibility while creating any design
• Conduct trend research and analysis to anticipate future fashion directions and integrate relevant elements into design
• Prepare mood board and PPT presentation to existing and new buyers based on extensive research, themes, and trends
• Should be creative with good design ideas & be capable of executing the garment design as per the given deadline
• Create sketches, graphics and tech-packs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fabric R&D, wash, sampling, product development, and marketing, to align on design concepts and product strategies
• Able to create print, and embroidery artworks on own
• Introduce innovative design elements and techniques
• Overseeing the sample development sample process
• Managing showroom display prior to customer visit
• Any other tasks assigned by the management
