Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in implementing or developing capacity building plan for SMs Paramedics, CHWs and oher project staff
∎ Provide necessary support in grant management, proposal writing, financial analysis and reporting periodically of HPL, Health
∎ Develop and implement training plan/ module and activities
∎ Assist Team Lead in developing and applying quality monitoring tools and techniques
∎ Provide day-to-day technical assistance to CFS staff for ensuring quality of training and services
∎ Support integration of health in child protection through HPL model and community based mothers' group session
∎ Support Team Lead to establish effective and functional coordination and networking with the NGOs and other stakeholders as appropriate
∎ Support to plan service mapping exercise and guide field team for information collection
∎ Prepare and compile project report
∎ Contribute to development of M&E tools, indicators, and methods as they relate to HPL activities
∎ Participate in meeting, training, seminars, workshop as desired by the programme and organisation
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Health/ Protection in NGO/INGO
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
