∎ To continue the business growth and sustainability, we're looking for suitable job incumbents who will actively participate in all credit recovery activities of commercial vehicles.
∎ To supervise field visits to verify customers’ offices/homes, references, bank records, income sources, and mortgage details for credit assessment.
∎ To oversee and guide AROs (Assessment & Recovery Officers) in collection efforts as well as ensure proper execution of credit recovery strategies within assigned territories.
∎ To monitor collection performance and take proactive measures to improve recovery rates.
∎ To develop and implement action plans for overdue accounts & ensure timely follow-up and resolution of critical customer cases.
∎ To liaise with law enforcement agencies for credit recovery and asset repossession.
∎ To ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in credit operations.
∎ To prepare and analyze daily/monthly reports on collections, outstanding balances, and recovery performance.
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by senior management related to credit recovery and risk management.
