∎ KNOWLEDGE: Development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, quality control, quality assurance
∎ SKILLS: Communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing project progress
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with relevant stakeholders


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the overall QA team and ensure technical support to SPOs and DPMs.
∎ Oversee classroom teaching to identify key gaps in material development quality and provide necessary guidelines.
∎ Develop quality monitoring tools based of activities.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to ensure the development of various types of educational and curriculum materials, as well as assessment tools at different levels and subjects.
∎ Lead the overall activities to formulate, maintain and document quality control standards and ongoing quality of education to achieve its objectives.
∎ Provide technical support to SPOs and FFs.
∎ Lead and design training content in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Plan and deliver a monthly training plan to the Team Lead.
∎ Ensure quality reporting related to material development and the quality programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will be responsible for ensuring quality classroom teaching to identify key gaps in material development quality. It will also assure the quality development of LC activities and education system as well. It will also ensure technical guidance to the Team.
