Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors and Masters in Nutrition/ Public Health/ Health Science or any other relevant subject from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all staff under the IMCN and CMAM project including recruitment, capacity building, ongoing performance evaluations, management, general well-being, work plan, etc.
∎ Provide technical support to staff ensuring objectives and activities are smoothly and effectively implementing in field level.
∎ Organize evaluation meetings of team members and feedback and follow up effectively regularly.
∎ Identify training needs, and plan for capacity building events based on the gaps.
∎ Coordinate and participate in MoHFW and Upazila level stakeholders’ meeting.
∎ Represent BRAC IMCN and CMAM programmes and facilitate during joint field visits.
∎ Ensure communication and coordination between the stabilization Center, Outpatient Therapeutic Program, Therapeutic Supplementary Feeding Program and community mobilization in the frame of a CMAM approach.
∎ Develop planning documents (scope documents, DIP, budgets, forecast, proposals etc.), regular revision of those.
∎ Check and validate monthly and weekly statistical reports for OTP-TSFP, GMP and School activity and submit to donor in deadline.
∎ Support preparation of monthly narrative and financial report.
∎ Support preparation of project completion report within deadline.
∎ Submit monthly distribution plan, outreach plan, activity plan to Project Manager for capacity building.
∎ Supervise and mentor field staff to ensure their well understanding of guidelines and ensure comprehensive community outreach and mobilization, health education and treatment are undertaken as per the guidelines.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Experience in project cycle management including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
