∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Project manager to oversee to GBV UNICE project to ensure a high standard of implementation of strategy and activities.
∎ Assist Protection Lead in proposal development and quality reporting as per the report agreements.
∎ Ensure SOP/Guidelines and QA guidelines are being followed in the field.
∎ Monitor quality of field performance on a regular basis.
∎ Support in developing curricula and materials related to GBV programming.
∎ Collaborate with the project managers to ensure the quality of quarterly reports and other documentation of GBV interventions, are written in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure ethical and sound data collection and information management systems are in workplace.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong mentality to work with displaced people as well as Sexual and Gender Based Violence survivors.
∎ Good understanding of humanitarian/NGO setting with relevant professional experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, protection, gender-based violence, staff misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Excellent team management and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situations.
∎ Strong motivation and ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
∎ Good communication skills & Fluent in English communication.
∎ Have leadership skills & teamwork spirit.
