∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality trainings on ASRH to target service providers.
∎ Emphasize the importance of normative change at implementation level in order to achieve project outcomes
∎ Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the quality of quarterly reports and other documentation of ASRH intervention are written in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor quality of field performance on a regular basis.
∎ Support in developing curricula and materials related to ASRH programming.
∎ Ensure data collection in Ethical manner and effective information management systems in workplace.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong mentality to work with displaced people as well as Sexual and Gender Based Violence survivors.
∎ Strong experience from a humanitarian/NGO setting with relevant professional experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, protection, gender-based violence, staff misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Excellent team management and leadership skills.
∎ Hold self-accountability for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving Ambition.
∎ Build and maintain effective relationships, with their team, colleagues, Members and external partners and supporters.
∎ Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situations.
∎ Strong motivation and ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
∎ Strong leadership skills & Negotiation skill.
∎ Good communication skill & Fluent in English Communication.
