ACI Motors Limited is looking for a marketing & product management professional for Water Pump business who has an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to run a business portfolio. Major Responsibilities are -
Prepare marketing plan for the product lines and drive the execution to meet the business goals and profitability.
Plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and collaborate with marketing agencies/influencers as required.
Drive market analysis and develop market for new and existing products.
Ensure effective communications with foreign suppliers/ principals and ensure business objectives.
Prepare annual budget according to different segment of products & monitor monthly P&L statement.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer/trade channel feedback, provide reports and generate action plans.
Track sales performance and marketing budgets, presentation of regular performance reports and insights.
Plan for sales improvement and expansion of trade channel/Dealer Network, proper evaluation of sales team, channel partners.
Coordinate with all supporting departments and stakeholders to achieve the business performance goals.
