∎ Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in Garments Packaging/ Accessories company.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to implement & secure all quality requirements as per the customer demand & standard.
∎ To know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/ relate it with daily work.
∎ Process developing of inline quality and reduce defect.
∎ Responsible for all in Line quality checks in place for 100% defect free products dispatched to customers.
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement, Process developing of inline quality and reduce defect and give report to the higher authority.
∎ Always prepare to face quality audits and keep all quality documents up to date.
∎ Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
∎ Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
∎ To responsible for ensuring the organization is ready for all quality audit.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
