Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance of paper machines, Rewinders, Stock Preparation site, conveyors, compressors, and belt-binding machines to reduce downtime.

• Develop new designs, implement system modifications, and enhance existing equipment for improved operational efficiency.

• Conduct tests, analyze performance, and validate equipment reliability to ensure operational safety.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation for all repair and maintenance activities.

• Identify mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems promptly, and implement effective solutions.

• Work closely with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to optimize maintenance processes.

• Maintain critical spare parts inventory, raise procurement requests, and ensure timely replacement of components to prevent production delays.

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards (ISO, BSTI, etc.)

• Ensure accuracy and integrity in day-to-day tasks that will have been assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor based on job scope.
