Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, manage, and distribute tasks within the HR Operations/Service Delivery team to ensure smooth execution and development of team capabilities.

  • Coordinate with different HR Business Partners to provide efficient and unified HR operational support across business units.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation collection, and the initial setup of personal files and records.

  • Ensure timely preparation and issuance of all HR lifecycle documents, including different types of letters and NOCs.

  • Coordinate employee confirmation, leave management, tracking milestones, and related daily operational activities.

  • Supervise HRIS/data entry activities to ensure the absolute accuracy and updating of employee information in the system.

  • Monitor leave records, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA) lists, and confidential operational summaries before they are dispatched to the finance/confidential department.

  • Coordinate the employee separation process, including resignation acceptances, exit clearances, releases, and final settlement paperwork.

  • Ensure strict maintenance, organizing, and confidentiality of all employee records, personal files, and central archives.

  • Monitor and ensure total compliance with organizational HR policies, local labor law requirements, and internal/external audit standards.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to steadily enhance efficiency, processing speed, and service quality within HR Operations.

  • Prepare HR operational reports, employee data summaries, and regular management updates as required.

  • Support HR strategic projects, corporate audits, and broader organizational initiatives as assigned by management.

  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
