Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts. Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and update customer records.
∎ Generate sales reports, track metrics, and analyze sales data to identify trends.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and manage order fulfillment.
∎ Schedule sales meetings, organize documents, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
∎ Liaise between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and administrative workflows.
