Education:

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or group of companies’ sector.

  • Prior experience in managing teams or leading HR functions is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

US-Bangla Assets Ltd., a concern of US-Bangla Group, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead and manage core HR functions. The role involves overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and overall HR operations to ensure organizational growth and compliance with labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with departmental heads for manpower planning, competency mapping, and succession planning.

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee database management.

  • Manage increment, promotion, confirmation, incentive, and final settlement processes.

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Administer and monitor Performance Management System (KRA/KPI) and provide analytical reports.

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and support employee learning & development programs.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives as per the annual engagement calendar.

  • Provide leadership in HR software implementation, digitalization, and change management initiatives.
