Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Masters in Science/Social Science/Business/Education from any recognized University with Minimum CGPA 3 and above.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhance the education quality system of BYP through innovating and improving teaching learning materials for facilitators, moderators and students, assessment system in align with programme, national and global demands and standards.
∎ Lead the team to plan, develop and implement capacity development initiatives for Moderators and Facilitators BYP’s different projects for better service delivery through innovative supportive supervision.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the developed materials, assessment and teaching methods by analysing test data, research findings, impact studies, school visits and feedback from management staff.
∎ Carrying out intense field observation on a regular basis to determine the real portrait of the programme quality and also to give required feedback directly to relevant team, staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality education system is functioning properly.
∎ Developed and delivered program training that meets the organization’s needs and its strategic goals.
∎ Managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training providers to develop and deliver trainings.
∎ Determine evaluation criteria for each training.
∎ Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material.
∎ Follow up with trainees and training institutions after each training to collect feedback.
∎ Review program trainings mechanisms three times a year to reflect any changes.
∎ Manage, create and maintain setup documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes for all programs delivered by BYP.
∎ Developing training program curriculum to improve soft skills concerning life, citizenship and employability skills for youth.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant field, preferably in facilitation or adolescents and youth centered activities.
