Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving the Dyeing program and Execute the Dyeing process on time.
∎ Ensure dyeing quality and relevant dying quantity.
∎ Optimize the Thermo-sol & Pad steam machine capacity in respect of production & quality.
∎ Reduce the production cost ensuring quality.
∎ Analysis the ecological effect of dyes and chemical which we are using in production.
∎ Handling & administration of the manpower and their annual appraisal as well retain, motivate and provide training to required manpower in respect of machine.
